THE GOLDEN BREEDING COUPLE.

The 'Golden Miller' or the 4421319-85 was wounded as a young bird. Because he was of good origin he was kept two weeks in a stocking in his cage. On the same loft stayed a black hen or the 4421329-85.
After the recovery of the Miller they formed quickly a pair. And so Jos and Jan discovered a golden breed couple.

They are the father and mother of the 'Angoulèmer'. He was born in 1986.
In 1987 he won de 1st Limoges yearlings in 'fondclub Eeklo' and in 1988 he won the first price interprovincial Angoulème of 2805 pigeons. That was a very difficult flight with hot weather and a north wind.

His nest brother got the name 'Dave', that name was marked in his wing when he came home from Dax. He won in 1989 the first price of Cahors (53e national) and the first price of Dax. (5th interprovincial).

And so it goes on…

The King of the 540-89 won as youngster the 29th national La Souterraine. As yearling he won the 1st price of Clermont and the 1st price of Tours + the 4th price regional of Limoges. (29th price national from 22.435 yearlings). He became also an excellent breeder.

The 300 from the year 1990 won the 6th price national on Montauban. He would have the first price provincial, but he was put in the basket in 'West-Vlaanderen' and the family Loobuyck lives in 'Oost-Vlaanderen'. That's a pity.

And then there was the 'Jabbedabbedoe', 4146169/92. He almost won the first national victory for the loft Loobuyck. On the national Bourges in May for yearlings he stranded at the 2nd place from 11.467 pigeons. He won the regional and the provincial course. Later he also won the 559th national from Limoges yearlings (23.988 pigeons) and the 169th national Limoges old birds (8883 pigeons).

This GOLDEN COUPLE gave also several hens. They were all directly put on the breeding loft. And with success… One of them became the mother of the first price national on Perigueux...
